With an effective call centre, trained interviewers and a solid methodical foundation, we ensure high-quality telephone interviews.<\/p>\n<h3>T5Research&#8217;s telephone interviews (CATI)<\/h3>\n<p>We conduct both small and large surveys \u2013 b2c- as well as b2b analyses. We have telephone interview (CATI) departments in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue province, where we have 50 telephone interview stations and some 150 skilled and quality-conscious telephone interviewers. We use the CATI system Catglobe for our telephone interviews, which ensures that interviews are collected effectively.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We create relevant jobs for 150 students.<\/li>\n<li>Our interviewers undergo thorough training in demographics and conversation technique.<\/li>\n<li>High interview quality presupposes that the interviewers are not paid on piece-rates or bonuses. Therefore, our interviewers receive a fixed hourly rate. If you wish to ask a question in our omnibus, we can deliver the results on the day following the conclusion of the interview collection \u2013 in a data file and\/or table report, including standard demographics (gender, age, and geography).<\/p>\n<p>The advantage of using the T5Research omnibus is that it is cost-effective, as several clients share the expenses. If the target segment in your survey is very narrow, or if you want to ask a small number of questions to a large target group, T5research\u2019s omnibus will reduce your costs significantly.<\/p>\n<p>If your target group is limited to a smaller geographic area, if you need interviews conducted with a more specifically defined group (e.g. your customers) or if your questionnaire is of a certain extent, independent telephone interviews will be the ideal way to conduct your survey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Telephone interviews are an intelligent choice, when you want knowledge about the entire population.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Telephone interviews is the most suitable, valid and precise method for nationally representative surveys. For this, we use the survey system\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/catglobe.com\/\">Catglobe<\/a>, which streamlines the data collection process.
